Return & Exchange Policy

What if I want to exchange or return an item?

Here at Chic Lane customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out so we can remedy the situation. 

It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

We can process an exchange or return in cases where the product is severely damaged or has a manufacturing defect (within 14 days of the delivery date). Additionally, if you receive the incorrect item we can also process a free exchange or return.

    If any of the above has happened, please contact us at support@chiclane.shop. We will require proof of product damage and will assess each claim on an individual basis.
