What if I want to exchange or return an item?

Here at Chic Lane, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out so we can remedy the situation.

It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order at any time prior to when we ship your order. We are unable to cancel an order after it has shipped.

I received the wrong product. What do I do?

Please email us at support@chiclane.shop with a picture of the product you received so that we can get the right product shipped to you ASAP.

My product is defective. What do I do?

Please email us at support@chiclane.shop and let us know what is wrong with the product so that we can get it fixed for you.

I decided I no longer want my product. What do I do?

We accept returns for up to 30 days after the date that you received the product.

Please take the product to a local Salvation Army, Goodwill, or similar store as a donation. Send us a picture of the item being dropped off, and we will process your refund.

Do you accept returns of used products?

We do not accept returns of used products.

How long does it take for refund to process?

It usually takes 2-3 days to process a refund.

Where will I get my refunded money?

We will refund the form of payment used to make your original purchase.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Do you refund my shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders, so there is no shipping cost to refund.

If you wish to return a product, we request that you take the product to a local Salvation Army, Goodwill, or similar store as a donation. That reduces environmental waste and allows someone else to benefit from the product, even if it's not a great fit for your home.
